RevolutionParts Services and Parts & Service DAS Eligibility
What are RevolutionParts services?
RevolutionParts offers two primary services. The first service is RevolutionParts’ ecommerce platform which allows Kia dealers to sell parts and accessories on their own webstore, eBay and Amazon, and other digital channels.
RevolutionParts’ second service is digital marketing services to promote your parts and accessories inventory online. This service is optional and you can use other marketing vendors to promote your parts and accessories sales from RevolutionParts platform.
What is unique about RevolutionParts’ Kia dealer eCommerce platform?
RevolutionParts has integrated official accessories data into our eCommerce platform. The data includes photos, videos, installation times, and descriptions for KMA accessories. RevolutionParts’ website design is built to be compliant with Kia’s brand guidelines.
What is now eligible under KMA’s 2018 DAS/FORM F Program Guidelines?
Parts and accessories eCommerce and marketing services that are compliant with KMA’s guidelines are now eligible for reimbursements. For details on reimbursement requirements for parts and accessories eCommerce, please refer to the bottom of page 28 of the 2018 DAS/FORM F Program Guidelines. For details on reimbursement requirements for parts and accessories digital marketing, please see pages 30 and 31 of the 2018 DAS/FORM F Program Guidelines.
What reimbursement is available for RevolutionParts Services?
RevolutionParts eCommerce services are eligible for up to 50% reimbursements under Parts & Service DAS support under the 2018 DAS/FORM F Program Guidelines. FORM F could be used for up to 50% reimbursement, if funds are available.
RevolutionParts marketing services are eligible for up to 50 % reimbursement under Parts & Service DAS. For potential FORM F reimbursement, pre-approval from KMA may be required.
If you choose to use a Kia Digital Program approved vendor to promote and advertise parts and accessories online, those services are up to 100% reimbursable under DAS.
RevolutionParts set-up fees are not eligible for reimbursement. The dealer will need to pay for initial set-up fees associated with their plan.
Do I get an invoice from RevolutionParts?
You will receive a monthly invoice from RevolutionParts. The invoice follows KMA’s guidelines for reimbursement with a separate line item for each eCommerce services and optional digital advertising services. As a dealer you are required to pay the invoice per RevolutionParts terms of service and seek the reimbursement from KMA.
How do I submit my RevolutionParts invoice for reimbursement claim?
You must submit RevolutionParts invoices digitally through KMA’s DAS & FORMF Resource Center website:

Access to submit invoices for reimbursement generally requires approval from the Dealer Principal or General Manager.
Can RevolutionParts submit the invoice to KMA on behalf of a Kia dealer?
Yes! If you wish, RevolutionParts can submit our invoices to KMA on your behalf. The Dealer Principal or another authorized user has to approve RevolutionParts as a vendor through kiamarketingprogram.com.
