According to the event organizers, Free Shipping Day now stands side-by-side with Black Friday and Cyber Monday. In fact, for two years in a row, Free Shipping Day has beat Black Friday’s online shopping by over $250 million.
So why wouldn’t your dealership want to jump on board? Here’s how to get started:
Choose a promotion.
Free shipping can be tricky in the auto parts industry, when there are so many heavy, oversized, or odd-shaped shipments going out. You need to figure out a promotion that makes sense for your business, based on your pricing strategy.
For example, you might want to only offer free shipping on orders over $100. We also recommend excluding oversized items so you don’t lose money on your promotion.
Run an email campaign.
